DELIVERY POLICY

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of purchased, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within [7] business days of the date of your order. Successful orders will receive an email conformation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

SELF PICKUP

In-store pickup is available Daily, 9am – 8pm. An email will be sent once your order ready for pickup. We will prepare your order within 1-2 days.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
  • Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made by the customer. No refund/exchange/return once customer received item(s).
  • Please keep in mind that SALE/PROMO item may be have a slightly defect less than 5% (NOT ALLOWED FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND).
  • Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) on day of delivery date for an exchange of the item that delivered on the spot. Any lateness will not be entertained.
